Third & Urban acquires Georgia 400 Center

Atlanta-based real estate firm Third Urban has acquired the Georgia Center a -acre three-building office complex located at the intersection of GA- and Haynes Bridge Road in Alpharetta The deal marks the firm s fifth acquisition this year under its new strategy to invest in undervalued commercial assets across the Southeast declared Third Urban The Georgia Center includes three six- and seven-story office buildings totaling more than square feet of the improvement is leased to a variety of tenants including companies like Morgan Stanley Century Communities of Georgia and Toll Brothers Third Urban says that it plans to upgrade the Georgia Center with new roofs refreshed lobbies and a modern tenant amenity lounge that features a bar conference center recreational games as well as operable glass walls that open to an outdoor courtyard Georgia Center joins a growing list of properties in Third Urban s Southeast Atlanta portfolio with other acquisitions including Northridge Commons -square-foot industrial campus in Sandy Springs Dunwoody Park eight-building office campus in Dunwoody and a street retail portfolio in Virginia-Highland Other projects the real estate firm has in the works are Hillcrest an -acre mixed-use improvement in Sandy Springs along with a -acre site at Corporate Square in Brookhaven that Third Urban plans to transform into a walkable mixed-use district The post Third Urban acquires Georgia Center appeared first on Rough Draft Atlanta
